Ramadan Food Distribution – Program Update - 2026
As part of our annual Ramadan Food Distribution Program, Balqees Welfare Foundation carried out multiple food distribution activities in Rawalpindi. One distribution was held at our partner’s office, Hasna Welfare Foundation, which provides vocational and skills development training.
The program has been successfully completed across Rawalpindi, Mandra, and Rawalakot (AJK), with 2,000 Ramadan food packages distributed to deserving families, helping them observe Ramadan Kareem with dignity.
This effort has been made possible by the blessings of Allah (SWT), the generous support of our donor KapraCoast (www.kapracoast.com), our institutional partners, the dedication of the BWF team, and the prayers of the families we serve.
A day of connection, reflection, and commitment in Mandra - 2026
The visit brought together Balqees Welfare Foundation, BWF Trust Complex, and KapraCoast teams, joined by the CEO of BWF and the Chairman of KapraCoast. It was a moment to step away from routine, connect as one collective, and reaffirm a shared purpose.
The day was made even more special with a thoughtfully arranged lunch by Mr. Zafar Mehmood, Director, Balqees Welfare Foundation, followed by informal activities where staff came together over badminton and cricket, sharing laughter and camaraderie.
Later, Parvez Akhtar sb, along with other dignitaries, led a walk-through of a 40+ kanal site, shared as waqf for the future Balqees Welfare Foundation General Hospital, Mandra. This planned hospital will, in time, provide healthcare services to neighboring communities - from Mandra and Rawalpindi to Gujar Khan.
As the new year begins, the gathering stood as more than a visit or a celebration. It reflected a renewed commitment to communities, through ongoing education initiatives and the promise of accessible healthcare for the region.

BWF Supports TB Patients with Monthly Ration Distribution - 2025
On September 4, 2025, Balqees Welfare Foundation organized its monthly ration distribution at the Federal Government TB Centre in Rawalpindi.
Nutrition plays a vital role in the recovery of TB patients. Foods like rice and lentils provide strength and help patients respond better to treatment. Medical Superintendent Dr. Azeem Memon shared that those receiving BWF’s support are showing faster recovery compared to others.
To maintain transparency, patients are selected strictly through the TB Centre doctors and the government-appointed Social Welfare Officer.
Through this initiative, BWF remains committed to improving patient health and supporting families with dignity and care.

Food Distribution at TB Hospital Rawalpindi
Balqees Welfare Foundation is working in collaboration with the 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗯 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 at Federal Government Tuberculosis Centre with the aim to provide dry food to the underprivileged patients of Tuberculosis to build their immune system against the diseases.

Sewing Machine Distribution at Sanatzar Mianwali
District Industrial Homes (DIH) is a training-cum production unit, designed with the purpose to uplift the socio-economic development of the women of Mianwali region. Presently, DIH Mianwali is providing vocational training to more than 150 females in different trades.
