Our Future Plans

While the core program remains, its reach and impact will grow each year with a fresh approach to education. Many children start school but drop out within months due to financial or social challenges. To address this, Balqees Welfare Foundation launched its quad-educational program in 2026, focusing on students, teachers, schools, and digitization.

The program provides scholarships, trains teachers, upgrades schools, and tracks attendance and learning digitally. Starting with 100 children across five schools, it supports low-income, orphaned, and vulnerable children aged five to six, adding new Class One students each year.

Food

BWF will expand the food program to provide well-balanced, nutritious meals to more people facing food insecurity.

Education

We strongly believe in awarding educational scholarships and grants to the underprivileged children so that they can access better education for the upliftment of their academic career.

Health/Medical

Medicines Support: We will provide month-to-month medicine and financial support for vital medical treatments and surgeries for those who cannot afford to get access to healthcare centers facilities.

Hardship

The foundation has focused on providing continuous monthly hardship support to the widows, elderly, and destitute.

Funding to Implementing Partners/Individuals

BWF will continue funding partners to implement mission-aligned projects, enhancing outcomes and supporting sustainable community development

Engage Stakeholders

We will actively engage ourselves in the establishment of formal feedback and insight mechanisms from beneficiaries, volunteers, and donors to ensure that our foundation continues to respond to changing community needs.

Whole School Improvement

BWF is soon going to launch its Whole School Improvement Program under the umbrella of WCI, whereby it is aimed at revitalizing both governmental and free private schools. BWF will provide support for teacher training and infrastructure development like constructing school buildings, washroom facilities, furniture, libraries, science labs, etc. This shall be based on the principle of inclusive education wherein a school should get a child who must have access to all facilities.

Partnerships and Collaborations

Collaborating with NGOs & Govt.

BWF will work in partnership with other NGOs and organizations to use their resources and expertise to bring more impact. It will work with government agencies to support the goals of national development and acquire more resources for the expansion of programs.

Geographical Outreach

The overall geographical outreach shall remain the same; however, the primary focus would be on the Islamabad/Rawalpindi Division and surrounding areas. This has been decided based on administrative and M&E considerations.
