Mr. Zaheeruddin Dar (CEO BWF)
Mr. Zaheeruddin Dar, CEO of Balqees Welfare Foundation, brings over two decades of experience from the Civil Service of Pakistan. As a passionate self-educator and advocate of peace, he founded the Development Analysis and Research Team and the Centre for International Entrepreneurship and Trade under Dartways (Smc-Pvt) Limited.
Concurrently, he chairs the Centre for Social Education and Development and serves as an external expert with the Government of Netherlands. His responsibilities at Balqees Welfare Foundation include strategic leadership, overseeing humanitarian initiatives, and ensuring the organization's commitment to peace and tolerance.
Mr Zafar Mehmood (Director BWF)
Mr. Zafar Mehmood is a businessman since 1978 and he is associated with Mr. Parvez Akhtar from day one in his charity work. He is a co-founder of BWF. He devoted himself looking after need of poor people. Currently, he is the Director of BWF. He looks after all the procurement of BWF as a volunteer.
